[Original Post] Some members of the campus community have reported that they have been unable to access their email via Webmail. After logging in, Webmail does not load their mailbox and appears to hang. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to resolve this issue.
[Updated 10:43 a.m. 6/15/2015] Our internet service provider has communicated that this issue was resolved. These problems were due to a region-wide routing issue, and continued until about 8 p.m. Saturday night.
[Updated 1:45 p.m. 6/12/2015] Some of the issues have been due to versioning issues with the VPN client, which have been resolved. Many other members of the campus community still report being unable to connect. This has been traced to problems at our internet service provider. They are currently trying to resolve the issue.

[Original] Due to scheduled maintenance, all campus systems will be intermittently or entirely unavailable between 3:00 a.m. and noon on Sunday, June 14. Affected services include the university website, myPugetSound, PeopleSoft, Cascade, Moodle, and Exchange (email and calendar). An update will be posted once this maintenance is completed.
Technology Services schedules regular maintenance windows on the second Sunday of every month to ensure a secure, reliable computing environment. Thank you for your patience as we conduct this important work!
[Update – 5/30/15 5:30 p.m.] The update to PeopleSoft Financials is now complete and the environment is available for use. Links in myPugetSound have been restored and are available for use as well.
[Original]This is a reminder that PeopleSoft Financials will be entirely unavailable between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 30th in order to complete an upgrade to PeopleTools 8.54 and apply application maintenance packs. During this window, links to Financials items in myPugetSound will not be displayed. Please note that PeopleSoft Campus and PeopleSoft Human Resources will be unaffected and can still be accessed through Cascade or myPugetSound.
