    [Updated 03/23/2015 11:30 am] is functional again, and redirects to as it should.

    [Original Post] Members of the campus community have reported that navigating to is not functioning. It is giving a “the connection was reset” or similar error message depending on the web browser they are using. Email functionality is not affected; you may still reach Webmail by navigating to, and we are investigating why the redirect is not working. Thank you.

  • Online Service Desk Unavailable Due To Maintenance 2/21/2015 – 2/22/2015 [Completed]

    [Updated 2/22/2015 4:00 pm] The maintenance is complete. We hope you enjoy the new look and feel of our Online Service Desk.

    [Original] Our Online Service Desk will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance from 9 pm on Saturday, February 21, to 5 pm on Sunday, February 22. Members of the campus community will be unable to view their tickets in our ticketing system during the scheduled maintenance window.

    An update will be posted once this maintenance is complete. Thank you for your patience!

  • Campus Systems Unavailable Due to Maintenance 2/8/15 [Completed]

    [Original] Due to scheduled maintenance, all campus systems will be intermittently or entirely unavailable between 3:00 a.m. and noon on Sunday, February 8. Affected services include the university website, myPugetSound, PeopleSoft, Cascade, Moodle, and Exchange (email and calendar). An update will be posted once this maintenance is completed.

    Technology Services schedules regular maintenance windows on the second Sunday of every month to ensure a secure, reliable computing environment. Thank you for your patience as we conduct this important work!


  • myPugetSound and PeopleSoft Campus Unavailable – Saturday, January 24 [Completed]

    [Updated 1/24/15, 2:24 p.m.] The upgrade was completed successfully. PeopleSoft Campus and myPugetSound are now back in service.

    [Original] Due to a scheduled system upgrade, myPugetSound and PeopleSoft Campus, including Student Center, will be unavailable between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 24. Please note that PeopleSoft Financials and PeopleSoft Human Resources will not be affected and can still be accessed through Cascade.
