  • Campus Systems Unavailable Due to Maintenance 4/12/15 [Completed]

    [Updated 04/12/2015 10:30 a.m.] Maintenance has been completed.

    [Original] Due to scheduled maintenance, all campus systems will be intermittently or entirely unavailable between 3:00 a.m. and noon on Sunday, April 12th. Affected services include the university website, myPugetSound, PeopleSoft, Cascade, Moodle, and Exchange (email and calendar). An update will be posted once this maintenance is completed.

    Technology Services schedules regular maintenance windows on the second Sunday of every month to ensure a secure, reliable computing environment. Thank you for your patience as we conduct this important work!

  • Classroom and Lab Printing Issue 4/1/2015 [Resolved]

    [Original Post] Members of the campus community have reported issues using vDesk applications to print to classroom and lab printers. We apologize for the inconvenience, and are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

  • webmail.ups.edu link not connecting to Webmail 3/23/2015 [Resolved]

    [Updated 03/23/2015 11:30 am] webmail.ups.edu is functional again, and redirects to webmail.pugetsound.edu as it should.

    [Original Post] Members of the campus community have reported that navigating to webmail.ups.edu is not functioning. It is giving a “the connection was reset” or similar error message depending on the web browser they are using. Email functionality is not affected; you may still reach Webmail by navigating to webmail.pugetsound.edu, and we are investigating why the redirect is not working. Thank you.

  • Online Service Desk Unavailable Due To Maintenance 2/21/2015 – 2/22/2015 [Completed]

    [Original] Our Online Service Desk will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance from 9 pm on Saturday, February 21, to 5 pm on Sunday, February 22. Members of the campus community will be unable to view their tickets in our ticketing system during the scheduled maintenance window.
