Project Management Office
The Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the methodology and management of Technology Services (TS) projects, business process analysis, and business solutions architecture. The primary goal of the PMO is to achieve benefits from standardizing and following project management policies, processes, and methods.
The Enterprise Services team in Technology Services is currently focused on these major projects:
- Ongoing enhancements to the university's administrative systems, using a sprint methodology
- Implementation of myPugetSound, a user-friendly portal for accessing PeopleSoft and other administrative systems
- Upgrade of the PeopleSoft Human Resources pillar to the latest version (9.2), which provides many new features and improves the user experience
- Migration of the campus email and calendar system to Exchange 2013, offering a more modern user experience in Webmail and enhanced mobile access
