A regular maintenance window generally takes place the second Sunday of every month from 3:00 a.m. to noon.
Monthly maintenance windows alternate between production servers and pre-production servers. Maintenance windows for prodution servers can impact the availability of these and other services:
General users of university services should not experience any impact during maintenance windows for pre-production servers (development and test).
[Update 05/04/2016] This scheduled maintenance has been canceled. It will be rescheduled for a different Sunday and a new announcement will be made.
[Original] Production server patch maintenance is scheduled for Sunday, May 8, from 3:00 a.m. until noon During this time, all campus systems will be intermittently or entirely unavailable. Affected services include the university website, myPugetSound, PeopleSoft, Cascade, Moodle, campus file servers, and Exchange (email and calendar). An update will be posted once this maintenance is completed.
