Out & Equal Workplace Advocates
Out & Equal is dedicated to achieving global workplaces where all people are equal, belong, and thrive. They partner with Fortune 1000 companies, government agencies, and organizations across industries and diverse missions to provide LGBTQ executive leadership development, comprehensive D&I training and consultation, and professional networking opportunities that build inclusive and welcoming work environments.
The Rainbow Center in Tacoma provides resources and services to the LGBTQ and allied community in South Puget Sound. Resources include a lending library, advocacy services, events, training, consulting services, and educational materials.
Trans Employment Program
The Trans Employment Program supports individuals through every aspect of the job search process and matches job seekers with trans-friendly employers: from setting a goal and targeting employers, to building outstanding resumes and cover letters, practicing successful interview techniques, identifying references, and negotiating salary. They are here to help you land the job that is a perfect fit for you and offer this program at no cost.

- The Corporate Equality Index rates organizations/corporations on their commitment to LGBTQ equality and inclusion. (Startups and other organizations may be missing from the list due to their smaller size.)
