 January 25 through Febraury 29, 2012

This spring the University of Puget Sound will host a community discussion course entitled, "Menu For The Future".
The course discussion guide was created by the Northwest Earth Institute.

Participants in this course will:
  • Explore food systems and their impacts on culture, society and ecological systems
  • Gain insight into agricultural and individual practices that promote personal and ecological well-being
  • Consider ways to create and support sustainable food systems
We will meet on Wednesday afternoons from 12:00-1:50.  Participants should bring their own lunch.  There will be reading packets available for you to purchase for the cost of $21.00. Other than that the course is free.
