Our beautiful, 97-acre campus in Tacoma’s historic North End includes a wide range of spaces for meetings, gatherings, and events – offering space for everything from student club meetings to civic celebrations. To get the best sense of what may be available, a full list of potential campus venues is available through the link to the right. You may also call 253.879.3236 to talk with one of our staff about the details of each space and to think through what might be most appropriate for your group.

The University of Puget Sound strives to be a resource both for its core campus community and for neighbors in and around Tacoma and Western Washington. While programs related to students, faculty, and staff have priority, off-campus users are encouraged to explore the campus settings we offer and to submit requests for events. Please note that events not sponsored by university programs may be subject to facility use fees and that a number of major campus venues (for example, athletic facilities, Schneebeck Concert Hall, and Kilworth Memorial Chapel) are only reserved through their specific facility managers. Please know that our staff will make every effort to accommodate all groups’ requests for space but that many of these venues are heavily used and booked far in advance. Submitting the room request form does not guarantee you a reservation, but our staff will contact you within three days with a response or for more information. In order to maximize our ability to meet your request, please complete the room request form and submit your inquiry as early as possible.
