Making waves.

Kayla Dimicco '18, a psychology and business major from Kirkland, Washington and a member of the women's swim team, warms up before practice. As part of our commitment to supporting an integrated living and learning experience for students, we continue to make investments in our campus facilities. A spectacular renovated and expanded new Athletics and Aquatics Center opened this fall to serve the health and wellness needs of the entire campus community. A total of 38,000 square feet have been added to Memorial Fieldhouse, including a new 25-yard pool with lanes for instruction, rehabilitation, and therapy; a new Puget Sound Athletics Hall of Fame; and an enlarged fitness center. Varsity teams gained team meeting rooms, enhanced sports medicine facilities, and an office suite for the coaching staff. The project was funded by generous donations to the recently completed $131.6 million comprehensive campaign.
