Please use this form to request a new housing assignment for the upcoming academic year. This form may only be used prior to December 1st. During the spring semester, all change of housing requests are completed through your Residence Life student leader (your RA/RCC/GHC).
Please note there is a two-week room freeze at the beginning of each semester. No room changes will be made until the end of the first two weeks of classes except in emergencies.
