This is Starre’s fourth year at Puget Sound. She is excited to be the Resident Director for Seward, Regester, and Todd/Phibbs halls. Starre is looking forward to building a driven and caring community among first-year students in South quad. In her free time, Starre likes to swing dance, read, and go on adventures with family and friends in the Pacific Northwest.

Starre first discovered her love for the Pacific Northwest while at Pacific Lutheran University. During her time there, she worked in various student positions within the Residential Life Office, including the position of Resident Assistant. She journeyed down to San Diego State University for graduate school where she served as the graduate assistant for academic initiatives, working with live-in student academic mentors in residence hall living learning communities. She also served as a graduate student intern at the University of California, San Diego, educating students about academic integrity. She is overjoyed to be back in the Tacoma area, working with college students at Puget Sound.

Starre’s office is located in Regester Hall Room 103. Her door is always open to hear question, concerns, or just to swap stories and meet someone new!
