This is James' second year at Puget Sound. He is excited to be a Resident Director for Smith and Oppenheimer Halls, Trimble Hall, and the Greek Chapter houses on Union Avenue. James looks forward to building a fun, vibrant and inclusive community.

James grew up in Maryland and this is his first time living in the Pacific Northwest. He attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte for undergrad, majoring in Psychology and Criminal Justice. While at UNC-Charlotte James was actively involved including spending time as a Resident Assistant. James completed his masters in College Student Counseling and Personnel Services at Appalachian State University, while serving as a Resident Director for two years .

James' Office is located on the Garden Level of Trimble Hall. His door is always open to hear questions, concerns, or just swap stories and meet someone new!
