March 24 Town Hall: Comprehensive Program Review (Faculty/Staff) 3/17/21

Dear Faculty and Staff Colleagues,

As discussed in my address to faculty and staff in January, the university plans to undertake a comprehensive academic, administrative and auxiliary program review with input and involvement from faculty, staff, students, alumni, and trustees.

Please join me, Provost Laura Behling and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Sherry Mondou to learn more about this important project:

Wednesday, March 24, noon–1  p.m.

The goal of the comprehensive program review is to make sure we are aligning our work and our resources to best support our mission, achieve our strategic goals, and secure a sound future. It will help us identify areas for future investment, as well as ways we might become more efficient and effective in executing our work together. We must make thoughtful, purposeful, sustainable and long-term decisions that are informed by data; grounded in our mission; and benefit from the participation, insight and wisdom of our campus community.

With the support of our board of trustees and following a meeting yesterday with Faculty Senate and Staff Senate leadership, we are ready to share more about this process with you and respond to your questions. I hope you can join us.
