Marta is responsible for directing Bystander Revolution Against ViolencE (BRAVe), the sexual assault prevention and education department on campus. She actively works with campus organizations by facilitating workshops and discussions around the multifaceted topic. She is a Green Dot Trainer and Facilitator, an instructor for the National Center for Campus Public Safety (NCCPS) Trauma-Informed Sexual Assault Investigation and Adjudication Educational Program, and works closely with the It's On Us Campaign and the Sound Advocates.  She also advises multiple student groups, Peer Allies, Repertory Dance Group, Students Against Sexual Assault, and Men's Lacrosse. 

Marta's other role is development and coordination of the New Student Orientation Program. She oversees the university's seven-day Orientation program. The current program builds on a rich, nationally recognized, 33-year tradition of welcoming students to the university. 

Marta's favorite part of her profession is working with the students to create programs.
