You’re invited to join CHWS via Zoom for a twice weekly meditation session that will aim to support our campus community’s overall well-being through trying times Mondays and Thursdays, 8–9 a.m., beginning Oct. 26. Hosted by: Bill O’Connor, M.S. (he/they)
Meditation will include guided instruction for practices of mindfulness of breathing, self-compassion, and offering for others. Practice will last approximately 30–40 minutes and include a brief period for questions and/or discussion at the end of practice. Feel free to come for the whole practice or drop in for part of it. Please bring: Yourself and any cushions, blankets, fidget toys, etc. you need to feel most comfortable.
