Once the program has been approved faculty should do the following:

  1. Work with the Office of International Program to create an application for the program. Students will apply for the program through the Horizons study abroad management program
  2. Faculty should create an application deadline with OIP
  3. Faculty should plan to host information session to market the program to potential students
  4. Once applications are received, faculty will need to log into the Horizons system to review the applications in order to make approval decisions
  5. Once students have been approved by the faculty member, the faculty member will need to provide them with a course approval code in order to enroll in the course.
  6. After students have been enrolled in the course, they will need to sign a financial terms and conditions form for the program
