Dear Members of the Campus Community,
We have received enough of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine that we are now able to invite family and friends of Puget Sound campus community members to sign up for this week’s COVID-19 vaccination clinic! As you know, we are hosting our vaccine clinic on campus this week on Wednesday, May 5, 2021. We would like to invite you to sign up any family members or friends who may be interested in participating. People must be 18 years or older to receive the vaccine.
As we have a number of appointments still available and a limited timeframe in which to provide the vaccines we have received, we are also welcoming participants who attend colleges in the Pierce County area as well as local community members. Please continue to make friends and family aware of the opportunity to be vaccinated at Puget Sound — and sign up yourself!
Visitors to our campus will be required to follow all of our COVID-19 health protocols. Vaccine event participants will be directed to enter Wheelock Student Center through the doors facing the parking lot immediately south of the building so that they can go directly to the vaccination clinic in Upper Marshall Hall.
Vaccinations are available by appointment only. The vaccine clinic will take place in Wheelock Student Center in Upper Marshall Hall from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

- Bring ID to check in 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
- Plan to stay at the vaccine site for 15 - 30 minutes after receiving the vaccine.
