At Puget Sound we are committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of our community. Human Resources is pleased to offer a mindfulness program to help you establish habits and build practices that will have a positive impact on your life.
Starting in March, we have partnered with Drew Ebersole and Sherry Hammond, founders at Accel 180, to offer monthly virtual sessions every other week where we can come together as a community to learn about the benefits of mindfulness and self-care practices.
During these sessions, faculty and staff will:
- Learn about the benefits of mindfulness and self-care practices
- Practice a skill each session to deepen mindfulness for you
- Encourage experimentation and implementation of the practices between sessions
- Answer questions about challenges and applications
Facilitator(s): Drew Ebersole and Sherry Hammond have a combined 20 years of mindfulness experience and a unique way to make self-care practices simple, applicable and relevant. Even enjoyable.
Audience: All faculty and staff
