Flower Pot Music Noon Convocation
Perform a composition by composer Elliot Cole using an unlikely but beautiful percussion instrument -- the flowerpot! All are welcome to participate in this lively gathering inspired by the annual Make Music Day, a worldwide festival held each June to encourage musicians of every kind, regardless of age, experience, or musical interest, to share music making with friends, neighbors, and strangers.
Join us for a celebration of music hosted by James Doyle; percussionist, educator, collaborative artist, and School of Music affiliate faculty member. This event is part of the School of Music Noon Convocations.
This is an in-person event open to the public. Pre-registration and proof of full vaccination are required and must be presented upon entry. Due to the vaccination requirement, children under 12 are not permitted.
