Our Catering Coordinator can work with our Executive Chef to customize a menu to meet your needs if it does not appear in our options.
Before we can begin to schedule your event, you need to secure a reservation for your desired space. To do so as a member of the campus community, please book a space in 25Live. If you are a local community member please call or email us.
The next step would be to use your browser to navigate to pugetsoundcatering.catertrax.com. Once you are there you will need go to the Customer Login area, select the Click Here link next to Need an Account? Fill out the New Customers form and click Continue. All the required information is indicated by an asterisk (*). At this point your are ready to create an order! At the very top of the home page there is a link for a video tutorial that will help guide you through the process. If you are finding difficulty in accessing the online system please contact our Catering Coordinator at 253.879.2785 or via email at catering@pugetsound.edu and we'll assist you in getting setup.
