Cardio & Strength Total Body Conditioning/Zumba-Pop Dance Fitness

This course combines a mix of Cardio STEP, total body sculpting, Zumba/Dance fitness fusion, Cardio/weight circuits, Boot Camp, and more. A variety of music genres and dance styles are utilized to condition your total body through strength and endurance exercises using resistance equipment including hand weights, resistance bands, and STEP.
