Health insurance waivers must be submitted prior to September 15. Students that are new for the spring semester or those returning from a fall study-abroad or leave of absence must submit their waivers prior to January 29. No refunds are available after these deadlines.

Yes, ID cards are located on the bottom of health insurance information cards. You can also download a copy of your ID card on EIAA's website. Click on the "Student Information" button, Click " Domestic Student" the next screen will have a button that reads "ID Card".
You can enroll in the Student Health Insurance Plan at any time during the academic year if you experience a loss of other health insurance coverage. When you enroll, you will be asked to provide a letter from your previous carrier stating the involuntary loss of your coverage. You can not submit a request for waiver of the university plan after the September 15 deadline.
Families who have existing health coverage under other insurance programs may wish to consider participation in the university plan as secondary coverage to their primary insurance plan. The plan has no deductible, which means that it will supplement a primary health plan’s deductible and co-pay requirements. It also may provide benefits that are not covered under current personal coverage.
Yes, you can extend your coverage beyond the aggregate limit that is provided by the university plan by enrolling in the Increased Supplemental Major Medical Plan. Deadline for completed application and payment for supplemental medical coverage is October 15.
