The study abroad courses you list on the form will be evaluated by the Registrar's Office to determine if they will apply to your Puget Sound degree. Only courses listed on this form will be reviewed.
When you are on site at your program, you may experience unforeseen class cancellations, curriculum changes, or schedule conflicts, or you may simply find a new class that sounds right for you. For this reason, be sure to include a few alternate courses on this form.
When on site, if you enroll in a course that has not yet been reviewed by the Registrar's Office, you will need to email Lindsay to determine if the new course(s) will apply toward your Puget Sound degree.
Please follow these steps:
1. Download the Course Evaluation Form.
2. Complete the Course Evaluation Form. If you are unsure about course selection, please consult with your advisor (for major credit) and the department chair (for minor credit), or you may email Lindsay Secrist in the Registrar's Office: email@example.com. The form does not require a signature at this time.
3. Once completed, upload your form to this page. Please save your form under the following format: Lastname_CourseEvaluation.doc.
