Events in the Humanities

September's Featured Event is the Summer Research Symposium.

(September 13, 3:30-5:00, Collins Memorial Library)

The Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences Symposium, held in Collins Library in mid-September of each year, is an opportunity for students who have received summer research awards to present their work in a public forum. The symposium is organized as a poster session where students explain the most important findings of their research in brief, informal conversations and through informative posters. This event, attended by many students and faculty members, offers a great opportunity to get an overview of the wide range of individual projects undertaken by students in the humanities, arts, and social sciences.
