Pocket Pad Project

Pocket pads

What is it:  A project that uses discarded paper to create useful and handy notepads for free distribution to the Puget Sound community.

Why:  Because we are committed to a sustainable environment and repurposing materials rather than discarding them contributes to our Print Green philosophy.

How Can You Contribute:  Please bring your discarded single sided copies of 8x11 paper to the Library’s Learning Commons.  We will continue to collect paper from individuals as well as from our print stations and produce our pocket pads twice a year.

Cost:  Each pad costs .20 cents to produce. If you would like to make a small donation to this project to assure we can contain to be effective stewards of our environment, please contact the library administration office.
