Strategic plan endorsed by Board of Trustees

President meets with faculty, staff, students, and community members to provide an update on the planning process

Summer 2018
President’s Cabinet refines the plan and develops recommendations for coordination, sequencing, and timing of initiatives

April 2018
Draft plan presented for comment in open sessions on campus for students, faculty, and staff review, and to trustees at their May board meeting

March 2018
Interim reports provided to community for review
Final reports presented to Strategic Planning Steering Committee
