The University of Puget Sound Women's League Fieldhouse Flea Market raises funds for student scholarships while fostering relationships between League members, the university and the local community.

We love our Vendors! We are grateful for the role you've played over the past 50 years—helping us to raise more than a million dollars for student scholarships—and we look forward to partnering with you in the future!

Fieldhouse Flea Market Application Process & Timeline

July, 2018: Vendor Applications are available for new and returning vendors who meet the Selection Criteria.
September 1, 2018: Vendor Applications submitted by this date will receive priority consideration.
October 30, 2018: Notices sent and contracts provided to vendors selected to participate.
November 15, 2018: Vendor Contracts and Fees are due by this date, in order to reserve Booth space.
March 23, 2019: The annual, one-day event is held at the University of Puget Sound Fieldhouse.

Selection Criteria

Space is limited at the event. We strive for a balance between antique/vintage and artisan goods—vendor selections are made with the overall success of the event in mind. Please take a look at last year's Vendor List to better understand the type of local, small business owner we hope to attract.

We do not accept applications from multi-level organizations (Avon, Tupperware, etc.), nonprofits raising funds for their own worthy causes, or friends getting together to clean out garages and attics. We wish you all the best and hope to see you as shoppers.

How many and what type of vendors are selected to participate in the Fieldhouse Flea Market?
In addition to Women's League booths, we rent space to over 70 vendors, who offer a variety of items, including antiques, junktique, re-purposed, vintage, jewelry, household items, artisan crafts, food, and more!

How many shoppers attend the Fieldhouse Flea Market?
Our numbers have been growing each year. In recent years, an average of 4,000 shoppers paid to enter the Flea Market.

Tell me more about the Raffle.
The Women's League holds a Raffle in the Lobby during the Fieldhouse Flea, featuring prize baskets filled with items donated by Vendors. The purchase of Raffle tickets supports student scholarships. Here's how it works for guests. If you are selected as a Vendor and you'd like to participate in the Raffle, you will be asked to provide your donation (something that epitomizes your wares) no later than Feb. 28, 2019. Participating Vendors receive additional promotion on the web page, Facebook, Instagram, Flea Market map, and signage on the day of the event.

I missed the application priority deadline. Can I still apply?
Most Vendors are selected by October. However, you are welcome and encouraged to submit an application after the deadline to be added to the wait list. As unforeseen circumstances occasionally arise, we review our wait list for last-minute replacements.
