The Client Support & Educational Technology Services team provides support to current and incoming students, faculty and faculty emeriti, staff, and many other university constituents.

Technology Service Desk

The Service Desk provides the first point of contact for faculty, staff, and students needing assistance with technology. Students, staff and faculty can visit us in the Tech Center in the lower level of Collins Library or call extension 8585 for support and assistance.

Print & Copy Services

Print & Copy Services offers copying and printing services to meet the needs of departments and individuals on campus, see Print & Copy Services.

Educational Technology

We assist faculty, staff, and students in the use of technology and digital media services to enhance teaching, learning, and research, see Educational Technology services.

Media Services and Event Support

Media Services provides loaner equipment for checkout to students, faculty and staff, including:

  • Laptops
  • Digital still cameras
  • Digital video cameras
  • Digital audio recorders
  • Clickers - Personal Response Systems
  • Accessories and other equipment (microphones, cables, adapters)

 Digital Media Lab

The Digital Media Lab offers high-end computing facilities for video and audio editing to support simple or complex projects. Located in the Tech Center in the lower level of Collins Library, there are 30 iMacs as well as comfortable seating and study areas.
