The university's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) has numerous resources available regarding COVID-19, including downloadable resources and webinars. Login following the instructions below and click on "BE INFORMED" under COVID-19.

Premera is encouraging the use of virtual care when possible at this time. Virtual care options enable you to access care without leaving your house.
Teledoc allows you and your covered dependents to receive virtual care by a board-certified doctor. If you haven't used Teledoc before, here's how to get started (have your insurance card available):

Call the 24-hour NurseLine for advice 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year.
When you call the NurseLine at 800.841.8343, your call is answered quickly by a registered nurse. The nurse will ask you questions and help you decide what to do.
Cost shares, including copays, deductible and coinsurance, have been waived for all COVID-19 related testing and treatments, or health complications associated with COVID-19, effective January 1 through October 1, 2020 . This applies to both inpatient and outpatient treatment, including hospitalizations and medical transportation, and FDA-approved medications delivered inpatient for both in and out of network providers. All cost shares for telehealth services are also waived.
