Holidays
Several national holidays and school break periods are observed by the Community Music Department. Schedules are available each term showing holidays and lesson dates. Refer to calendars posted on our private music lesson page.
School Closure
If the school is closed due to inclement weather, a recorded message with information regarding the closure will be available on a 24-hour basis by calling 253.879.4900. At all times, each individual is expected to use sound personal judgment in deciding whether to come to campus based on their local weather and road conditions.
Absences & Termination
Students who miss two consecutive lessons will be automatically terminated unless they indicate their intention to continue. Students are obligated to pay for the lessons they missed prior to being terminated. Out of courtesy, please notify instructor in advance of the absence. These policies apply to in-person and remotely taught instruction.
