How would you describe your role and organization to a college student?
Bread n Butter is a digital branding and marketing agency. As a Partner and Managing Director, I work closely with our Founder and CEO to set the strategic direction of the agency. This includes the development and productization of new marketing services, business development, and identifying strategic investments. Additionally, I oversee all aspects of our operations, including relationship management with our key clients, team management, and business development. I'm also responsible for team structure and ensuring the business is both efficient and profitable.

What can a student expect to experience by job shadowing you?

  • Exposure to a marketing services-driven start-up environment.
  • A view into what types of services clients are in need of (brand strategy, influencer marketing, content marketing, social media, etc.)
  • The types of generalist and specialist marketing skills required today.
  • Understanding of current marketing trends.

Why do you want to host Logger Students?
In my senior year, I had the opportunity to shadow a UPS alum. This opportunity led to an internship. The entire experience was extremely valuable in helping me identify what I wanted to pursue as a career. I believe this type of exposure and experience is essential for anyone preparing to enter a highly competitive market.
