I work as a technical lead with two other senior engineers at the company. One guides our security work and the other acts as the direct manager for junior engineers. My day to day responsibilities focus on building larger technical projects and providing technical and design guidance.
What can a student expect to experience by job shadowing you?
Depending on the day you might sit in on several design discussions, attend a company all-hands, eat lunch with the team, and fix a few bugs all before noon.
Why do you want to host Logger Students?
I had excellent mentors in college and after college. Mentoring and investing in the next generation of Loggers continues this virtuous cycle while helping me understand the struggles and successes of future engineers.
