How would you describe your role and organization?

Microsoft Inside Sales is being newly launched around the globe to support customers with their Digital Transformation journey. Using innovative platforms, Artificial Intelligence and predictive analytics, we are re-imagining a customer's experience with Microsoft by delivering the right resource, with the right skill-sets at the right time. I lead of Sales Excellence resources that provides sales enablement support and leadership to the Inside Sales organization worldwide.

How would the skills and competencies gained through a liberal arts education be beneficial in the type of work you do?

Communication (oral & written), analytical thinking, global perspective, economics, cultural awareness and geo-political understanding all assist in these roles.

What can a student expect to experience by job shadowing you?

They will gain a better understanding of Microsoft's customer approach and the use of technology and human capital to drive customer satisfaction and consumption of Microsoft's cloud technologies.
