How would you describe your role and organization?
I work as a Human Resources Business Partner supporting a division within Qualcomm, Inc. The role includes everything from managing employee relations & performance issues, managing our merit review process, leadership and organization development including acquisition integration, etc.
How would the skills and competencies gained through a liberal arts education be beneficial in the type of work you do?
Writing and Psychology were the most relevant

It really depends on the day since every day is very different - it could be anything from sitting in meetings about training and development to discussing employee relations or performance issues.
