Guidelines to Booking an Event

We pride ourselves in offering quality upscale service that compliments the local hospitality industry. Our guidelines are intended to help us make your special event the best experience possible. Our Catering Coordinator can work with our Executive Chef to customize a menu to meet your needs if it does not appear in our options.

Before we can begin to schedule your event, you need to secure a reservation for your desired space. To do so as a member of the campus community, please book a space in 25Live And if you are a local community member you can do so with this form.

The next step would be to use your browser to navigate to  Once you are there you will need go to the Customer Login area, select the Click Here link next to Need an Account? Fill out the New Customers form and click Continue.  All the required information is indicated by an asterisk (*).  At this point your are ready to create an order!  At the very top of the home page there is a link for a video tutorial that will help guide you through the process.  If you are finding difficulty in accessing the online system please contact our Catering Coordinator at 253-879-2785 or via email at and we'll assist you in getting setup.
