NOTE: At this time, reservations are limited to current members of our campus only.

The university strongly discourages in-person sponsored and hosted events by campus members during the Spring 2021 semester and instead strongly encourages remote events. Requests for meetings and events will be approved by the provost/area vice presidents only if they can be arranged in a manner that meets the university’s physical distancing, wearing of masks, and other health protocols and offer a unique in-person opportunity for the campus. Please obtain approval prior to reserving campus space and working with Facilities Services on room set-up.

Our beautiful, 97-acre campus in Tacoma’s historic North End includes a wide range of spaces for meetings, gatherings, and events – offering space for everything from student club meetings to civic celebrations.

The University of Puget Sound strives to be a resource both for its core campus community and for neighbors in and around Tacoma and Western Washington. While programs related to students, faculty, and staff have priority, we look forward to providing event services to non-campus members as well! Please note that events not sponsored by university programs may be subject to facility use fees and that a number of major campus venues (for example, athletic facilities, Schneebeck Concert Hall, and Kilworth Memorial Chapel) are only reserved through their specific facility coordinators. Please know that our staff will make every effort to accommodate all groups’ requests for space but that many of these venues are heavily used and booked far in advance.
