Netflix DVD's for Classroom UseCollins Memorial Library offers a service for faculty to supplement our visual media collection: Netflix DVD rental. This service is intended for rental of material faculty might wish to show once in a class, but which need not become part of the library collection. Material needed for reserves or multiple viewings should be purchased using library funds.
Use this service for:
- DVD's under purchase consideration requiring preview
- classes where the content changes each semester
- experiments in teaching
- films unavailable for purchase
Use instructions:
Check Summit first, to see if you can borrow the DVD through the Orbis/Cascade Alliance

NOTE: The library is limited to 3 DVD's at any one time. We encourage you to return your DVD as quickly as possible, so we can exchange it for another. Because of this limitation, the library cannot guarantee provision of the DVD. Please provide feedback to your liaison librarian, or to Peggy Firman. |
