4. Are alumni connected to the campus and to one another as they seek employment?

Very much so. Puget Sound's Alumni Association offers several services and programs to help connect current students with alumni. Alumni receive Arches, the quarterly alumni magazine, that keeps them apprised of happenings on campus and informed of successes of classmates and friends. Alumni are also invited to participate in the annual Alumni Sharing Knowledge Night on campus or the virtual ASK network, designed to put alumni together with students to explore future career possibilities. In addition, they are invited to attend special events both on campus and in various regions around the nation.

5. Are employers impressed with a degree from Puget Sound?

A Puget Sound education teaches creative thinking, problem solving and effective communication, giving graduates the luxury of flexibility in their career paths. Puget Sound does not just prepare students for their first job, but for their entire career. Employers find that Puget Sound graduates have the fundamental analytical and communication skills necessary for success in today's world; not just the technical skills to perform a job.
