Gail has been with Counseling, Health and Wellness Services since March 2011. She is a medical assistant with an associate degree in applied science and a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Northwest Christian University in Eugene, Oregon graduating cum laude.
Gail has worked in an ambulatory surgery center doing everything from admission to working in the recovery room, to circulating and assisting the surgeon in the operating room. She has also taught many medical assisting and healthcare administration classes at Pioneer Pacific College in Springfield, Oregon.
Gail is very active with the American Cancer Society serving as an Ambassador for the 6th Congressional District in Tacoma, Washington, and has done many lectures on different college campuses focusing on the importance of self-detection of breast cancer and the importance of getting regular exams for not only cervical cancer, but also sexually transmitted diseases.
Gail enjoys writing, sculpting, spending time with her family and playing with her two great danes, Zeus and Apollo.
