Todd/Phibbs Hall, or “T/P” as it is affectionately called on campus, overlooks both the beautiful Todd Field and the South-Quad. Renovated in 2004, Todd/Phibbs is fully accessible to students with disabilities, and is equipped with wheelchair access. Housing approximately 197 students each year, Todd/Phibbs Hall offers primarily double-occupancy rooms on its four co-educational floors.
Being the most recently renovated residence hall, T/P is equipped with cable-ready student rooms, as well as both wired & wireless network access. With several large television lounges, study rooms, and piano practice spaces; Todd/Phibbs provides students with plenty of opportunities to meet and mingle with their fellow T/P residents. In addition to the several lounges in T/P, there is a convenient bike storage room, as well as a full-service kitchenette.
Located between Trimble and Regester & Seward halls, Todd/Phibbs is at the center of the South-Quad community. Just a stroll away from the Field House, the Wheelock Student Center, and Todd field; Todd/Phibbs hall is conveniently settled just moments away from both on and off campus venues.
