Smith Hall, which is connected to its fellow residence University Hall, is located on the south end of the North-Quad. Housing primarily new, transfer and returning students, Smith Hall is home to approximately 64 students each year. Overlooking the North-Quad, and located right across from McIntyre Hall, Smith Hall is an optimal location.
Smith Hall has both men and women living in a combination of coeducational floors, offering a variety of different living situations.
Smith Hall, as well as its close neighbor University Hall, gaze out upon the North-Quad where you will frequently find students studying, playing Frisbee, and catching up with friends. A central outdoor bike rack is shared between Smith and University halls, enabling students to have a convenient and safe way to store their bicycles. Located next to the Collins Memorial Library, Smith Hall is just a quick stroll away from Wheelock Student Center, and other campus venues.
