This is James’ third year at Puget Sound. He is excited to be a Resident Director for Anderson/Langdon, Schiff, Harrington, Smith and Oppenheimer Halls. James looks forward to building a fun, vibrant and inclusive community. James loves to travel to new places, watch the never ending source of entertainment that is Netflix, and is a huge fan of both the Portland Trail Blazers and University of Oregon Football.
Before coming to Puget Sound, James worked in career services as a bridge between MBA students at University of Washington and both local and international employers. Prior to UW, he was in graduate school at Seattle University and also worked as a Collegium Coordinator where he strove to develop a vibrant and inclusive community for freshmen and sophomore transfer students. He started his journey into student development in undergrad at Calvin College where he was a Resident Assistant, Residence Life Intern and held other student leadership positions throughout his time.
