Alternative Spring Break: Immigration & Advocacy
March 18, 2013 — Throughout Puget Sound
Learn more about the realities of immigration in the Puget Sound area, develop skills for advocacy, hear from local activists and get involved through volunteering. Some of the organizations we will be working with include: Northwest Detention Center Roundtable, Tacoma Community House, Guadalupe Gardens, and St. Leo's Food Connection. Registration deadline is March 10, and the fee is $50. Scholarships available.
