30 Neo-Futurist Plays From Too Much Light Makes The Baby Go Blind

November 16, 2012 @ 10:30pm — Norton Clapp Theatre, Jones Hall

Part of the Neo-Futurist residency.

Neo-Futurist signature show, Too Much Light Makes The Baby Go Blind, had it first performance on Dec. 2, 1988 and is now in its 22nd year. The show with its ever changing "menu," is an attempt to perform 30 plays in 60 minutes. The single unifying element is that they are performed from a perspective of absolute honesty. The actors always appear as themselves on stage, speaking directly from personal experiences.

Like the glory days of Saturday Night Live, only funnier and slightly surreal.  Backstage
