Welcome Pre-Health Students & Alumni!
Health Professions Advising supports University of Puget Sound undergraduate students, graduate students, and alumni in preparing for and applying to health-related professional programs. Our goal is to help individuals reach their full potential as strong applicants and future health care professionals. We provide academic advising, career counseling, mock interviews, letters of evaluation, and application assistance. Common fields of interest for pre-health students include medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, physician assistant, optometry, nursing, podiatry, pharmacy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, genetic counseling, athletic training, and others.
Advisors are available to consult with students and alumni, answering questions on careers in healthcare, course planning, requirements for specific professional health programs and application guidance.
