During each year, all Alumni Council volunteers are invited (and encouraged) to attend meetings on campus to discuss the strategic goals for the Alumni Council, develop new tools for council members, and - most importantly - meet fellow council members.
All-Alumni Council Meetings are held during Summer Reunion Weekend in the spring (June 3 - 5, 2011), and during Homecoming & Family Weekend in the fall (October 29 and 30, 2011). For both meetings, sessions begin on Thursday prior to the weekend's events.
Alumni Council Executive Committee members attend a third meeting in collaboration with the Board of Trustee's mid-winter meeting (February 17 and 18, 2011).
Individual committees coordinate meeting schedules according to committee members' preferences.

Individual Committees meet regularly throughout the year. Each committee creates their own meeting schedule. Check with the chair of your committee to confirm your meeting schedule.
