Volunteer Opportunities
There are many opportunities to volunteer through the work of the Alumni Council, the leadership body for the Alumni Association. A brief summary of the work alumni volunteers participate in is below. If you would like to be involved, please let us know!
Admission volunteers share their experiences at Puget Sound by interviewing prospective students, attending college fairs, and assisting admission counselors at regional programs. Sign up to volunteer today!
Affinity Groups volunteers increase connections and programming among smaller networks of alumni who shared activities or affiliations while students.
Alumni Awards & Nominating volunteers coordinate the nomination and selection processes for Alumni Award winners and Alumni Council members.
Alumni Fund volunteers encourage classmates to give to the Puget Sound Alumni Fund through annual giving.
Athletics volunteers help create programming to support and celebrate student athletes, promote increased alumni attendance at athletic events, and help find alumni hosts for traveling athletes.
Campus Programs volunteers help coordinate on-campus programs such as Homecoming and Reunion weekends and promote these events to fellow alumni.
Career and Employment Services volunteers promote and enhance the ASK Network and help current Puget Sound students connect with jobs and internships.
Communications volunteers identify, foster, and sustain communication channels to and amongst alumni.
Intellectual Life volunteers develop opportunities for alumni and faculty members to connect, allowing alumni to continue their academic experiences.
Regional Clubs volunteers help plan, coordinate, and promote activities and events for alumni and parents in their regions.
