Class of 2009

It's been 5 years since you've been a student - does it feel like yesterday?

What are some of your favorite memories?

“Living in the university owned houses off campus with my closest friends, eating in the Sub (I miss the biscuits and gravy!), navigating through the snow, studying in the small rooms at the library with friends, going to the basketball games.” Amy Graeber

“Coordinating the passages program and setting up large scale audio systems for ASUPS concerts” Adam Knight

“Late nights studying with a stop at the cellar with my roommates and best friends in my on-campus house.” Nora Darlow

“The dramatic return of the hatchet during Homecoming.  Watching the basketball teams make the playoffs.” Heather Jacobson

"Exploring ideas together” Ady Olson

“Duke of Earls, walking through the arboretum, hearing the sounds of student practice floating out of the Music building” Adrienne Kehn

How would you describe your experience as a student?

“I had an absolutely wonderful time at Puget Sound, and found afterward that it had equipped me with many important skills that have come in incredibly useful in my later career development. I could not be more pleased with the education I received there.” Rachel Wolfe

"[I] greatly appreciate the opportunity to be involved in SO many things at Puget Sound. Most of my colleagues from other alma maters specialized in 1-2 extra curricular activities. At Puget Sound, it was always easy to participate in many more!” Kelly LaMar

“I LOVE UPS!!” Cydney Keller

“UPS shaped who I am.  I will always be a logger and committed to the institution that gave me so much.” Joanna Glovinsky

What faculty or staff members do you remember most?

“In class discussion with profs Kent Hooper, Nancy Bristow, Jim Jasinski, Stuart Smithers, Hans Ostrom, Grace Livingston, Dexter Gordon, Sue Owen” Jenny Wrobel
