Do you have a favorite place in Tacoma?
My favorite place has to be Ice Cream Social! Good ice cream is just a few minutes away, along with plenty of other good restaurants and stores.

Name a class at Puget Sound you are interested in, but haven't taken.
I think I'll go with Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and the Classics. I love to read, and my favorite genres are typically Fantasy and Science Fiction. I'd love to dive into how and why those resemble ancient literature, as well as dissect some more common tropes.

What is a book that has been influential for you?
As a college student, I read The Red Tent by Anita Diamant and have been more impressed with it on each subsequent reading. Diamant flips the reader's perspective of the biblical story of Dinah on its head, which helped me understand the importance of perspective within a narrative and sparked an interest in exploring alternate history fiction and mythological narratives.
