Seminar in Art History

The course is a reading and writing intensive seminar, required for all majors and minors in art history, focusing on the historiography of the discipline, research methods, and methodological approaches in the field of art history. Open only to art history majors and minors in the junior or senior year of study.

Prerequisites: At least three art history courses and the completion of at least one substantial research paper in art history at least 10 pages and approved by the art history faculty.
