Nestled in a residential neighborhood just minutes from downtown Tacoma, the University of Puget Sound is at the confluence of both urban and natural settings. Our home city of Tacoma is about a half hour south of Seattle, in the middle of an urban corridor that extends from Vancouver, British Columbia, to Portland, Oregon, and offers museums and cultural opportunities, neighborhoods to explore, internship and service opportunities that only an urban center can provide, and a magnificent waterfront and public park just minutes from campus.
