Community Service

Civic engagement and leadership are at the center of a liberal arts education. Students participate in community service activities  during new-student orientation, and remain engaged in the community throughout their undergraduate years. The university is proud to be named to The President's Honor Roll of Higher Education Community Service, and to receive from the first-ever Community Partner of the Year award in recognition of exceptional community outreach and support.

Working to restore and sustain the natural environment of the South Sound in balance with a healthy, prosperous, and just community.
